Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days, but we will always keep you updated!
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or unforeseen events.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 (before taxes and discounts) within the continental U.S> and Canada.
International Shipping:
At this time, Tailwaggers Pet Emporium ships only within the United States and Canada. Stay tuned as we grow!
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather disruptions.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at tailwaggerpetemporium@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
